ADMIT YOUR WARD IN 3 EASY STEPS

• Pick up the application form available at school office.
• Kindly fill up the application form.
• Submit the duly filled up form along with the following documents:
  • Original Birth Certificate and photocopy of Adhaar Card (if available)
  • School Leaving Certificate (Submit later in case not available)
  • Previous year or 1st term report card of the current year
  • Photocopy of Address proof and Parent's Pan Card
  • 3 passport size photographs of the student
